McCarthur's Yard Site Visit

McCarthur’s Yard (which sits adjacent to the SS Great Britain), has been vacant for over 20 years and is one of the few remaining parts of the historic Bristol docks yet to be developed. 

Hill, in partnership with The Guinness Partnership, are delivering a development of 142 new homes (a mix of social rented, shared ownership and outright sale) and commercial space. The project promotes a sustainable way of living through the design of cycle space and generates 20% of its energy via renewables.

Join Women in Property South West and Hill for a project overview and site tour, there will be the opportunity for a Q&A after the tour over coffee and pastries.

Please arrive by 8:15am for a prompt start.

Full PPE is required for this event (boots, hard-hat, high-vis, gloves). Please indicate any PPE you will need to borrow on the booking form.
