Back in 2009, Cassandra spotted a gap in the market for a healthier snack that didn’t compromise on taste.

“The only people making healthy snacks were Weightwatchers. They tasted like cardboard and screamed ‘I’m on a diet’.”

Two years later, at just 25 years old, she launched Propercorn - now known as Proper Snacks - with Google as her very first customer.

Today, Proper is the UK’s number one independent snack brand, exporting to more than 10 countries worldwide and continuing to innovate with the recent launch of its crisp range.

Co-hosted and generously sponsored by The Harkalm Group, this special evening at the fabulous The Groucho Club will include drinks, canapés and valuable networking opportunities, followed by a conversation with Cassandra about entrepreneurship, resilience, brand-building and growth - with time for audience questions.
