South East EGM 2026

We are pleased to announce Women in Property South East EGM 2026, our annual gathering to bring members together to reflect, connect and look ahead. This is your opportunity to hear updates on the year’s achievements and the vision for the next 12 months, as well as to meet your new Chair and Vice Chair for the coming year. We are thrilled to be returning to GIA Surveyors who are generously hosting and sponsoring this event for a third year. 

After the formal business concludes, we are delighted to welcome our inspiring speaker, Hannah Noble, chartered surveyor, Women in Property South East committee member and open-water swimmer. Hannah will be sharing her extraordinary journey of swimming the English Channel three times! Hannah has conquered the Channel twice as part of a determined relay team and her third crossing was a full solo swim, taking on the Channel entirely on her own. Discover what it takes to attempt a Channel swim, mind and body pushed to the limit. From months of training to battling tides, cold, fear and fatigue, nothing is held back. Hannah offers honest insights into resilience, teamwork, and mental strength and her solo swim didn’t end as planned, with a dramatic and unexpected twist. What happened at the finish will surprise even seasoned swimmers. Come along to find out how the Channel wrote its own ending!
