When we talk about our level of confidence as women, we often describe it in terms of a deficit: something that we have to gain, build or improve upon, especially when going for a promotion, pitching a project that we would love to win, or having difficult conversations with the project team. What if we looked at confidence differently?
In this one-hour online session, Ishwariya Rajamohan FRSA will help you gain an understanding of:
- how a lack of confidence is simply a temporary disconnect from your personal power
- how this can impact your career when working in a majority-male industry such as ours
- what occurs when you encounter a challenge with confidence and what you can do to overcome it
The talk is designed for women (all levels of experience and from any sector within the industry). Participants and allies of all genders and gender identities are welcome.
Ishwariya Rajamohan FRSA is a former architect and pastry chef, now an accredited coach supporting female leaders with building the confidence to take the next step in their careers and businesses, so that we have better gender equity and better representation of women in leadership in our workplaces. She founded her practice Ishoo Rajamohan Coaching in 2021. Ishwariya developed The Confidence Dynamic™ framework after coaching over 100 women on the challenge of confidence. She is accredited as a Foundation Coach with the Association for Coaching, a Mental Health First Aider and a Fellow of the Royal Society of the Arts.
