Back by popular demand the South East Branch is reigniting its series of interactive discussions on some important Top Ten Tips…. The first being on ‘How to approach that Difficult Conversation’ - a must for those awkward times where we have to have that conversation that we are not looking forward to, or worst still avoid!

Instigating a ‘difficult conversation’ in the workplace usually creates anxiety for the instigator, hence, we tend to avoid it. However, the conversation is vitally important to achieve a harmonious working relationship and to ease any tension that might be prevalent. Remember 10 minutes of ‘difficult’ conversational discomfort versus months/years of wishing you had had ‘that’ conversation.

The evening will be directed by Cathy Stewart, member of the SouthEeast committee, Women in Property Mentoring Consultant, architect and Behavioural Change Coach
