Following the success of Dawn’s previous presentations, we are delighted to welcome her back for another session on understanding stress and building skills to manage stress.

We all experience stress at various points in our lives, but what is stress and how does it impact us?  Learn what is actually happening when we experience stress and how we can manage our responses to help ourselves and others.  In this talk, Dawn will cover:

• A brief explanation and recap of how the brain works in relation to stress
• What stress is and how to recognise the symptoms in yourself and others
• Tips to manage your responses
• Outline tools to reduce stress and anxiety

Dawn Ibbetson, MNCH (Reg.), HPD, National Council for Hypnotherapy is a fully accredited Registered Hypnotherapist. Dawn has a wealth of experience in the corporate sector working for 20 years in leadership and senior leadership roles within IT and finance industries.

This event is kindly hosted by Womble Bond Dickinson. Please note that Womble Bond Dickinson’s offices have now moved to the third floor at 4 More London Riverside.
