Netwalking – it’s good to “Walk & Talk”
In winter it’s more important than ever to get some fresh air and exercise and enjoy being away from your computer. So do join us and meet other members and non-members for this event which will go ahead come rain or shine!
We will meet at 12.55pm for a 1.00pm start at the Fish Street Hill exit of Monument underground station. On this walk we’ll pass the Monument, Fishmongers Hall and a building sometimes dubbed as the “first skyscraper in London” before crossing the Millennium Bridge. On the Southbank we’ll see the Globe and the remains of Winchester Palace. We will walk for about an hour, on both sides of the Thames, before ending at a local venue for a well-earned hot or cold drink (included in the ticket price) and the chance to chat further to your fellow walkers.
The walk will have a maximum of 18 people with spaces allocated on a first come first served basis, so please book soon.
Members and non-members of all genders are welcome to attend.
Save the date for our next London Netwalk - join us on 20 January 2026 for a 'Riverside Parks' walk.
Registration Deadline: 10 November 2025
