In celebration of World Mental Health Day on October 10th, Women in Property South East invites you to be part of a special series of wellbeing sessions throughout the month of October, designed to boost both your physical and mental wellbeing.
We are delighted to bring you this fitness & conditioning session, run by Mike Allen, qualified personal trainer, in the stunning setting of Hyde Park. For 45 minutes Mike will take us through a fun conditioning session designed to get the blood pumping and your heart rate up for a positive start to the day. You will be competing against yourself so the session will be suitable for all fitness levels. Just bring a water bottle, a towel and your “ready attitude”.

We will meet at 8am outside the Serpentine Bar and Kitchen, a 7-minute walk from Hyde Park Corner tube station. From there will move together to our exercise spot to begin the session. After the session, we will head back to the Serpentine Bar and Kitchen for a recovery coffee and some networking before heading off to begin the day.
