Join Blick Rothenberg for a Property Tax Update hosted by Head of Property & Construction at Blick Rothenberg - Heather Powell, in which members of the firm’s multi-disciplinary Property Team will provide commercially-focused advice to help understand some of the tax issues that arise in property transactions.

At this event we will be discussing the tax and commercial issues around the following scenarios:

• Overseas companies purchasing an office block in the UK
• Residential developers – who, after building a block of flats, find that commercially it makes more sense to rent any unsold flats rather than 'take an offer'
• Hotel investors – who find their operator is unable to pay the rent due under the operating agreement

There will also be an opportunity to ask questions about any aspect of UK taxation – if we can’t answer them on the night we will come back to you soon thereafter!
