Following the success of Dawn’s previous presentation on ‘How the Brain Works’ and by popular demand we are delighted to welcome her back to speak about ‘Sleep’?
Dawn will explore the science behind sleep, including why we sleep, what governs sleep, the sleep cycle and chronotypes. This presentation raises awareness of the primitive reasons behind why we need better sleep. It outlines the impact of sleep deprivation on the brain and body, from many health perspectives and provides practical ways for us to intentionally incorporate better quality and duration of sleep into our daily lives in order to enhance our resilience and performance.
This talk will equip the attendees with:

Dawn Ibbetson, MNCH (Reg.), HPD, National Council for Hypnotherapy is a fully accredited Registered Hypnotherapist. Dawn has a wealth of experience in the corporate sector working for 20 years in leadership and senior leadership roles within IT and finance industries.
