CPD Accredited: How will the new NPPF and LURA affect the property industry?

All event fees are listed net of VAT.

Join us in the gorgeous surroundings of the Goldsmiths Centre for this CPD accredited update on the new National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) and the Levelling-up & Regeneration Act (LURA).

First published on the 27 March 2012 the NPPF consolidates central government’s planning policies for England and how they are expected to be applied.  A full revision of the NPPF, following a consultation held in 2023, was released on 19 December 2023. The LURA came into force in October 2023.

Luke Raistrick and Aaron Zimmerman of Centro Planning Consultancy will discuss the changes and the implications this may have on the planning system. With the UK facing a housing crisis and the planning system being a vital contributor to solving this issue it is imperative to have a thorough understanding of what decisions makers expect.
