Weekly Meditation Series - Virtual Sessions

All event fees are listed net of VAT.

Join Women in Property South East committee member, and qualified Meditation Teacher, Meg Taylor, who will guide you through a meditation session.   Whether you are a total beginner or want to get back into meditation, these online sessions are open to members of all levels.  

The benefits of meditation are emotional and physical which include:

  • Focusing on the here and the now – the present moment.
  • Increasing patience and tolerance.
  • Increasing self-awareness.
  • Building skills to manage such things as stress and anxiety.
  • Find emotional balance.

PLEASE NOTE: You will be signing up for 6 sessions, which will cover the following Fridays: 30th June / 14th July / 21st July / 28th July / 4th August / 11th August.  There is no session on the 7th July.
