Site Visit: Hayes Village, West London - Postponed

Join the South East branch of Women in Property for a tour of Hayes Village. This is a unique regeneration project that will deliver 1,386 new homes on the site of the former Nestle factory in Hayes. The site has been closed to the public for over 100 years, and Barratt London and property investment company SEGRO are working together to deliver an exemplary urban renewal project which celebrates the site’s heritage.

The event includes a guided tour around the site of Block B, the most recent phase under construction and an onsite talk from Barratt and Chapman Taylor on delivering the scheme.

PPE is required for this site visit, please bring your own PPE - hard hat, high vis jacket and safety boots. Limited PPE can be provided on a first come first serve basis. Please email the event organiser in advance to organise emily.gascoyne-richards@wbd-uk.com.
