Panel Discussion: London’s Great Estates and investing for the longer term

All event fees are listed net of VAT.

London’s Great Estates have played a key role in shaping the prosperity, development and growth of Prime Central London and beyond, founded upon the concepts of long term investment and sustainable growth.  What distinguishes these property owners is their approach to stewardship of assets, their appreciation of the enduring benefits of high class development and place-making and their interest in generational succession plans.

Join us at Gerald Eve's London office for this interactive breakfast seminar and panel discussion exploring these issues, with industry leaders from the UK’s Great Estates including Andrea Merrington from the Howard de Walden Estate, Jane Macdiarmid from the Grosvenor Estate and Katie Balderson from the Portman Estate.

Chaired by Anna Favre, Real Estate Partner with Cripps, the panel discussion will cover:

  • How the Great Estates have developed over time
  • The objectives and drivers behind investing for the longer term
  • Sustainability charters and goals – decarbonising real estate
  • Place-making and community involvement (including the cultural heritage)
  • Adapting to change – current challenges and opportunities
  • The KPIs of success

Capacity is limited so reserve early to avoid disappointment.

Members and non-members of all genders are welcome.
