This year’s outgoing Chair Ferky Azib will present her report on the activities of the branch in 2021 and introduce Joanne McIvor our incoming Chair.
Following this we are lucky to have three highly qualified speakers to look at how development in London is re-emerging, has changed and in many ways strengthened after lockdown.
Julia Wilkinson leads the Food & Beverage strategy at Shaftesbury. Despite the impact of the pandemic, the West End restaurant market remains as energised and creative as ever. Julia will explain how her role is in finding, placing and nurturing the most exciting young and growing operators, in leisure spaces and locations where they will thrive.
Gabi Code and Mel Clinch are both Associate Directors at WilkinsonEyre architects and will share their perspectives on the future of work place working for major institutional clients in the City of London. They will offer thoughts on how female voices now meaningfully shape such leading workplace projects.
