Reformer at Winchester Pilates

Join Women in Property Solent at Winchester Pilates for a morning of exercise and networking.

The Reformer helps you move with precision, target specific muscles, and build strength safely and effectively. Guided by an expert instructor, the Reformer class will be tailored to suit all levels. It’s like strength training, mobility and rehab, all rolled into one, and it feels amazing!

Please make sure you arrive 10 minutes in advance of the 7:30am class time.

All equipment will be provided on the day. Do bring plenty of water and wear comfortable gym clothing. Please note that showering facilities are not available at Winchester Pilates.

Following the class there will be the opportunity for networking over tea and coffee at Open House Deli.

Spaces are limited to one person per organisation. Depending on popularity we will host another Pilates event at a later date.

Members and non-members of all genders are welcome to attend.
