Join us for our second instalment of summer netwalking events in Aberdeen. Some of the key benefits of walking include boosting your mood and alleviating stress, so please come along to meet other members, get some fresh air and enjoy a break from your desk.
Starting point: Outside St Machar Cathedral @ 12pm (see photo on website) to walk to the Cruickshank Botanic Gardens and around Old Aberdeen.
The walk will have a maximum of 15 people allocated on a first come first serve basis so please book as soon as you can.
Lunch is not included but please feel free to bring refreshments with you.
Members and non-members of all genders are welcome to attend.
