Wind down on a Friday and join us as the fantastic Carol Brown from Wine Uncorked guides us through a carefully chosen range of wines from lesser-known (but no less worthy) grape varieties that may surprise you. Learn simple tasting techniques and uncover the secrets behind choosing great wines that are off the beaten track.
Canapés have been carefully crafted by Smart Cuisine to match the wines and Carol will give us her top tips on food pairing to make the most of your glass.
This event is being hosted by Stronachs in the new offices at 28 Albyn Place, Aberdeen at 5pm for a 5.30pm start.
