#3 Summer Netwalking and Wellbeing - Aberdeen

Join us for our third and final summer netwalking event in Aberdeen. Some of the key benefits of walking include boosting your mood and alleviating stress, so please come along to meet other members, get some fresh air and enjoy a break from your desk.
Starting point: Outside The Beach Ballroom @ 12pm to walk along the Beach front to Fittie.
The walk will have a maximum of 15 people allocated on a first come first serve basis so please book as soon as you can.
Lunch is not included but please feel free to bring refreshments with you. We will also make a stop at one of the lovely vendors closer to Fittie if anyone wishes to grab a tea/coffee.
