The ban on forfeiture for non-payment of rent which was originally introduced in March 2020 to protect business tenants, has been extended a number of times. As we approach the end of the protection, Women in Property have gathered solicitors from England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland to discuss the impact of the protection ending, and key considerations for landlords and tenants.
Women in Property and TLT are delighted to welcome the speakers on the panel:
Lucy Harington – Legal Director, Disputes & Litigation, TLT, Glasgow
Maeve Fisher – Partner, Dispute Resolution, Mills Selig, Belfast.
Jonathan Smith – Partner, Commercial Property Litigation, DWF
The audience will also have the opportunity to pose questions to the panel members at the end of the session.
Registration Deadline: Tuesday 22 March 2022
This event is kindly sponsored by TLT, DWF and Mills Selig
