Women in Property are delighted to invite you to our webinar to explore ‘Right of Light’ presented by Emily Hyde, Senior Surveyor at GIA Surveyors in Belfast.

GIA have provided specialist advice in relation to Daylight, Sunlight and Rights of Light for 30 years and are the largest consultancy in their field.

This webinar will primarily focus on the ‘Right of Light’ which is a private legal matter between adjoining landowners, completely separate from the planning process. Due to the increasing awareness of these legal rights, we consider it necessary to provide property professionals with an understanding of how Rights of Light can constrain development potentiation upon a site.

This webinar will touch on GIA’s capabilities, a general understanding of rights of light, how light is measured, remedies for infringements of rights and mitigations measures should those rights be infringed.
