Calling all sleep deprived parents or parents to be! We are pleased to announce our online sleep seminar in partnership with the amazing Little Dreams Sleep Consultant, Leanne Wilkinson.

Join Leanne, a baby and child sleep consultant supporting families with children aged 4 months to 10 years.

In this practical, supportive seminar, Leanne will share evidence-based guidance and simple strategies you can use straight away to help your child sleep better and in turn, help you feel more rested and able to function (and work!) without running on empty.

We’ll cover:

• How much sleep your child should be getting (by age)
• Why sleep issues happen, and what actually helps
• Top tips for improving bedtime and boosting sleep quality
• A relaxed Q&A at the end so you can ask about your own situation

Expect a friendly, no-judgement session with realistic advice for real life.
