Vision Board and Wellness Workshop

Welcome in the new year with an evening of goal setting and wellness with Retreat with Us.

Join us for our vision board and intention setting workshop that will be concluded with a sound bath with the Retreat with Us ladies at Shoosmiths, Birmingham.

Arrival from 5pm. The workshop will start at 5.30pm and run until 7.30pm.

The evening includes:

- Vision Board Workshop

- Intention Setting Workshop Breathwork 

- Immersive Sound Bath

Members and non-members of all genders are welcome to attend.
