Supporting Energy, Focus and Resilience Through Hormonal Change
Lily Samuels is a registered nutritionist specialising in cycle health, perimenopause and menopause, with a focus on how nutrition supports energy, brain function and resilience in working women.
This session explores how hormonal changes across the menstrual cycle and perimenopause can impact energy, focus, mood and resilience at work. Attendees will gain a clear understanding of what’s happening in their bodies and learn evidence-based nutrition strategies to support hormone balance, brain health and sustained energy. The talk is practical, accessible and designed for busy working women, with realistic actions that can be implemented immediately.
This event is kindly sponsored by Taylor Maxwell. Taylor Maxwell have been providing timber and external facade products to the construction industry for over 60 years. We are a national business, with offices and showrooms in key locations across the UK.
