Back by popular demand, join the Midlands Branch for an evening of wellbeing and relaxation run by the amazing team from Retreat With Us.

Arrival from 5pm. The retreat will start at 5.30pm and run until 8pm.
Guests are invited to wear comfortable clothing/gym attire for the session.
