CPD Accredited: Property Sector – What’s New in 2025 & Networking hosted by Knights

Join Women in Property Midlands for a CPD session entitled ‘Property Sector Update: What’s New in 2025’ followed by networking.

Attendees are invited to arrive at Knights offices in Two Chamberlain Square in Paradise at 16.00.

The CPD session will commence at 16.30, when we shall be hearing from Stuart Tym and his colleagues from Knights. The session will cover the following topics:

• The Building Safety Act,
• Reforms to the Landlord and Tenant Act and
• An overview of the various changes proposed in planning from the National Planning Policy Framework through to the Planning and Infrastructure Bill

Following the presentation there will be a short Q&A session, after which attendees are invited to network over a few drinks and nibbles with fellow attendees and the team at Knights.

Stuart is a Partner at Knights where he is a Planning Lawyer with over 15 years’ experience, specialising in Town & Country Planning Law. Stuart and the team at Knights have kindly curated this CPD session for us.
