Women in Property Midlands is pleased to offer its members an exclusive tour and presentation of Kier Property’s prestigious Birmingham building, 19 Cornwall Street. This major commercial retrofit in Birmingham’s Colmore Business District was designed by Associated Architects for their client, Kier Property and built by Willmott Dixon Interiors.  The seven-storey redevelopment has transformed a tired 1990s building into 139,000 sq ft of contemporary Grade A workspace.

Attendees are to arrive from 12pm for lunch and networking followed by a presentation by Alex Slatter of Associated Architects who will overview the building’s sustainability and wellbeing credentials.  Notably the building has also achieved BREEAM Excellent, NABERS UK 5.0 Design Reviewed, EPC A, and is on course to attain WELL Gold and WiredScore Gold accreditations.
