People Management Workshop with CAPE Coaching & Development

Please join the Midlands Branch of Women in Property for a lunchtime workshop kindly hosted by Lynsey Kitching MRICS from CAPE Coaching & Development at Shoosmiths’ offices in Birmingham.

This workshop is for anyone who currently manages others or has an expectation to do so - line management and/or project management. Lynsey will explore some of the common challenges people experience and what aspects of personal development are useful to focus on. Lynsey will share some of CAPE’s research (from senior managers) - 'what they know now, that they wished they knew when they first started managing others', and provide some useful tools to take away.

There will also be an opportunity to network over refreshments.
