We are delighted to invite you to join Women in Property Lancashire and Cumbria to hear from Jack Stopforth MBE MA - Owner, Taylor Stopforth Consulting Services www.taylorstopforth.com.
Jack is a member and immediate past Chairman of Borderlands Inclusive Growth Deal Economy Forum, and former member of the Borderlands Partnership Board. He is also an advisor to the board of BeEV Limited, a business committed to the strategic and environmentally sensitive rollout of electric vehicle chargers across the North West of England.
Jack will introduce us to Borderlands and his role within the ambitious, cross-border initiative of five local councils - Carlisle City, Cumbria County, Dumfries and Galloway, Northumberland and Scottish Borders who have secured from the Scottish and U.K. governments a ‘City Deal’ style capital programme worth £450m. Jack will also note his involvement with BeEV.
Breakfast will be provided to attendees in the fantastic Sunbeams Venue in Penrith – an iconic building designed by Mawsonkerr, which is the recipient of numerous awards including “Architect of the Year for Structural Timber”.
We look forward to seeing you there.
