National Planning Framework 4 (NPF4): Lunch and Learn

Women in Property Highlands & Islands is delighted to invite you to our Lunch and Learn event held in the SGL Boardroom at Eden Court. Join us for a seminar led by Alasdair Sutherland of Burness Paull LLP, and Fiona Henderson and Ffion Maguire of Affric Limited.

Alasdair will consider NPF4 from a legal perspective explaining what the Framework is, how it is used and why it matters. Twelve months on from the implementation of NPF4, the seminar will consider what the key new policies are, how they are applied and what Alasdair, Fiona and Ffion are seeing in practice. 

Alasdair will consider the impact on the built environment including housing, and town centre and retail. Fiona and Ffion will consider what the implications are for the natural environment including biodiversity, forestry and carbon rich soils.

Time is included for participants to engage in informal networking and pose questions to the speakers. We look forward to an insightful discussion on NPF4 and its implications.
