WiP x SPF Policy Bites: Post Scottish Budget Briefing and 2026 Policy Outlook

WiP Central Scotland Branch in collaboration with Scottish Property Federation (SPF) brings to you a series of webinars every quarter touching on policies impacting the Scottish real estate industry. It will be a lunch time series with experts in the field, open to members of both organisations.

Our first session of 2026 features SPF Director David Melhuish, who will unpack the Scottish Budget announcement that took place on 13 January and what it means for the real estate sector. He will also share a short policy outlook for the year ahead, covering key areas including the Building Safety Levy, Housing (Scotland) Act, and more.
