Join Women in Property Central Scotland for an exclusive site visit of Lucent the transformed and sustainable office redevelopment at 50 Bothwell Street, Glasgow.

Lucent is an iconic office block reimagined. Workspaces developed with integrity, quality and sustainability at their core, situated in Glasgow’s prime business destination.

This site visit, led by Stephen Mallon from Mosaic Architects + Design, offers a behind-the-scenes look at a forward-thinking redevelopment that marries historic heritage, character with cutting-edge design. The newly refurbished building retains its elegant sandstone façade while opening up to new refurbished office space, a new business hub and ground floor retail units, including contemporary interiors, wellness amenities, biofilic design and rooftop terraces. The energy-efficient design is the result of a collaboration between Mosaic Architecture + Design and the international design studio 10 Design, creating over 90,000 sq ft Grade A office floors.

The site visit will end with drinks and nibbles in one of the building's light-filled spaces, kindly sponsored by Mosaic Architecture + Design.

Spaces are limited so please make sure you book in advance. Due to the popularity of our site visits, this visit is exclusive to members and member’s guests. Members are welcome to bring a guest, however these must be booked at the same time as the member.
