The project’s ambition was to design and deliver a modern, vibrant and collaborative hub that truly represents Virgin Money’s culture and embraces A Life More Virgin principles.

The office focuses on inclusive colleague collaboration, both digital and in-person, and presents a consistent look and feel that embraces the Virgin Money brand and enhances the culture of support, trust and empowerment. This new hub delivers workplace change, with the added benefit of implementing Digital, Sustainable and Health & Wellbeing strategies to complement hybrid working.

The design provides flexibility to enable an ever-changing workplace environment.

Virgin Money and Form Design Consultants will share their experiences and insights from this ambitious project.
