WiP and SPF Policy Bites Q4 2024 – policy update webinar series

Women in Property Central Scotland Branch in collaboration with Scottish Property Federation (SPF) brings to you a series of webinars every quarter touching on policies impacting the Scottish real estate industry.

It will be a lunchtime series with experts in the field and will be accessible to all.

Join us to listen in and get insights into policies impacting the built environment.

The first session of the series will feature SPF Director, David Melhuish talking about the Housing Bill, which is near its Stage 1 completion in the Scottish Parliament. David will throw light on how this Bill has impacted the industry since its inception and what can we expect in Stage 2 amendments of the Bill including the timescales.
