Royal Meadows Site Visit - Edinburgh

Please join Women in Property for a construction site visit of Square and Crescent’s Royal Meadows development, phase one of which is approaching completion.

Sitting on the south edge of the meadows, the site compromises a series of historic buildings formerly in use as the Royal Hospital for Sick Children including the Grade B Listed main hospital by celebrated architect George Washington Browne. The site is now being refurbished and developed to deliver 83 private residential properties within the existing buildings.

Coffee and pastries will be served, with a brief presentation on the history of the project by Fletcher Joseph, who are acting as Project Architect for the development. This will then be followed by a site walk round, with an opportunity to see inside some of the apartments within the main hospital building and refurbished townhouses.

Please meet at 10am at the marketing suite accessed from Sciennes Road (beside Sciennes Primary School).

Full PPE will be required.
