Site Study: 1 New Park Square – Edinburgh Park

Join Women in Property Central Scotland and Tony Hordon of Parabola on a tour of 1 New Park Square.

1 New Park Square is the first office development on the park, and forms part of the wider Phase 1 development which includes infrastructure, public spaces, sports facilities, and car parking.  Discussions will center around the sustainability credentials of the building, including net zero carbon in operation, BREEAM Excellent, thermal mass, renewable energy etc.

We will meet at Patina for a coffees and pastries, and then Tony will take us on the journey of 1 New Park Square and the plans for the future development of Edinburgh Park.

This event is open to members and non-members and all genders are welcome.
