Join Women in Property Central Scotland for a guided tour of the award-winning Campus Central project at the University of Stirling.
Campus Central has been transformed from a bus terminus and roundabout into the dynamic heart and social core of the University of Stirling.
The new Page\Park designed Campus Central atrium building provides meeting and study spaces, and looks southwards over RaeburnFarquharBowen’s Queen’s Court, the primary social space for the university’s students. It nestles into the Historic Designed Landscape of the University of Stirling, and bridges eras to bring together the 1960’s campus buildings with the new atrium. The design encourages students, staff and the wider community to come together in outdoor spaces that enhance the functions of the adjoining buildings and link to the beautiful wider parkland setting.
Page\Park and RaeburnFarquharBowen will guide us on a tour of the building and landscape, revealing the project’s journey and pivotal design decisions which have resulted in numerous design awards including an RIAS Award and Scottish Design Award.
Lunch will be provided.
We warmly welcome members and non-members of all genders to join us.
