Join Central Scotland Women in Property and our panel of experts as they discuss the importance of Environmental Social Governance and Placemaking.
This is a HYBRID event available to attend in person and online.
We will be joined by Daisy Narayanan of Edinburgh City Council, Stephen O’Malley of Civic Engineers, and Gillian Black of Architecture & Design Scotland.
The villages, towns and cities we live in today have been designed to accommodate travel and not for the betterment of our communities. During the pandemic, more of us discovered the benefits of our local amenities. Harnessing this, we can save time, reduce carbon emissions, and improve our health and quality of life. But how do we make sure these qualities are planned into our streets and public spaces?
Following the panel discussion there will be an opportunity for Q&A to the panel. For those attending in person this will be followed by networking drinks and nibbles.
Many thanks to Civic Engineers for their kind sponsorship of this event and to Morton Fraser for their use of their Edinburgh offices.
Members and non-members of all genders are welcome to attend.
