As the darker autumn evenings set in, join us for an inspiring, atmosphere-filled evening of creativity, rich cultural celebration, and meaningful connection.
This November, we are bringing the property community together to honour two iconic traditions centred around the power of light, warmth, and togetherness: Diwali and Bonfire Night.
The Spirit Behind the Celebrations
Though rooted in different histories, both occasions share a universal message: light creates hope, warmth fosters community, and gathering together brightens the darkest nights.
The Experience
Hosted at the vibrant H8use Art studio in Leeds city centre, we’ll mark these festive traditions with their signature Drink-Inspired Candle Making Workshop.
Under expert guidance, you'll learn how to craft a realistic drink-inspired candle styled after your favourite drink. From creamy lattes and rich hot chocolate to refreshing matcha, bubble tea, and fruity beverages, personalised with your favourite colours, scents, whipped wax, ice cubes, fruit slices, and other decorative toppings, you'll create a one-of-a-kind, artisan keepsake that looks almost good enough to sip!
What’s Included in Your Ticket:
To make this event as inclusive, relaxed, and welcoming as possible, this will be a completely alcohol-free evening—focusing instead on delicious specialty café beverages and great conversation!
While hosted by Women in Property, this event is open to all genders working across the property, construction, and real estate sectors. Whether you celebrate Diwali religiously, love the cozy tradition of Bonfire Night, or simply want to expand your professional network over coffee and crafts in a friendly environment - you are warmly invited.
Spaces are strictly limited to ensure an intimate studio experience. Reserve your place today and join us in celebrating light, community, and new connections!
Members and non-members of all genders are welcome to attend.
