Stretch, strengthen and destress with Bath’s New Year New Me Desk Yoga three-part series. All you need are comfortable clothes you can stretch in, socks or bare feet and a chair of your choice!
Rachel Gasson qualified as a yoga teacher in 2009 and has taught extensively in London and Bath. Two years ago, she started teaching chair yoga and has since realized the enormous benefits of practicing yoga when seated. Rachel currently runs desk yoga virtually for Go Compare and comes highly recommended. Benefits include releasing muscle tension, preventing back pain, relieving stress and strengthening your immune system.
Sessions will be held on Monday 18th January, 25th January and 1st February.
Option available to book one, two or all three classes free for members and £10 per class for non-members.
