This interactive CPD accredited workshop is designed to bring women together in person to share insights, build connections and discuss common challenges.

“Leadership Reimagined: Navigating Generational Shifts and Succession Challenges”

In this session led by employment lawyer and Hill Dickinson Partner Caroline Prosser, we will explore how organisations can build resilient leadership pipelines in a landscape where younger generations are redefining success, wellbeing and the nature of work. The discussion will focus on succession planning across a four-generational workforce and strategies for retaining talent amid evolving expectations.

Key themes include:

• Succession planning when younger employees may not aspire to traditional leadership roles
• The impact of generational differences on leadership development
• Mental health and wellbeing as priorities for junior employees
• Remote working and varied benefit expectations across generations
