London Housing Outlook 2023 - Challenges and Opportunities

Join us for a Women in Property panel discussion to hear what our property experts think about the outlook for the housing market in London.  With a backdrop of interest rate uncertainty, rises in energy costs and a widespread cost-of-living crisis – what is the likely impact on the 2023 housing market?

We’ll take a look at infrastructure issues, housing supply and cost of development, the challenges facing homeowners and the social impacts (including homelessness) being felt across the city.

The discussion will be introduced by Shuahra Rahman –  Pride Road Sutton & Kingston Architects and chaired by Jo McIvor – Property Partner Edwin Coe LLP and Women in Property South East Branch Chair.

The panel features:

  • Simon Allford – President, RIBA
  • Lisa-Jane Risk – Head of Operations, TFL Properties
  • Alice Lamb - Deputy CEO, LandAid
  • Andy von Bradsky - former head of Architecture, DGLC

The discussion itself will start at 6.30pm and last approximately 75 minutes, with time to network and continue the debate afterwards.

Light refreshments will be provided.

This event will be held at the offices of Evelyn Partners and is open to both members and non-members.

Registration Deadline: Tuesday 24 January 2023
