Women in Property Central Scotland invite you to indulge in an evening of Italian flavours and perfect pairings at an interactive Cheese and Wine Masterclass at Eve.

This immersive experience will take you on a sensory journey through Italy’s finest cheeses and carefully selected wines, showcasing how their flavours complement one another. You’ll explore a curated selection of artisanal cheeses, learning about their origins, textures, and flavours. Alongside each cheese, you’ll sample handpicked Italian wines, discovering the secrets behind matching cheese and wine.

Whether you’re a wine enthusiast, a cheese lover, or an all-round epicurean, you can look forward to an evening filled with rich flavours, fascinating stories, and plenty of laughter, all in the warm and inviting atmosphere of Eve.

Please note non-alcoholic wines are not available for this event.

This event is taking place in Eve, access from the Cowgate at the top of the Grassmarket.

Arrive from 5:45pm for a 6pm start.
