Black History Month - Understanding Racial Equity

Join us for an online discussion focussing on racial equity/inequity in the workplace - what's changed, what hasn't, are we moving in the right direction, what's the experience of the panel? Each of the panelists come from different professional backgrounds, in addition to which we are hearing from a former National Student Awards winner - what lies ahead for the incoming generation?

Rachel Bell, National Chair of Women in Property, will be chairing the event with panelists:

Jonathan Achampong, Real Estate Partner & Head of Diversity & Inclusion, Wedlake Bell
Yemisi Bolade-Ogunfodun, Lecturer in Organisational Behaviour, Henley Business School
Eunice John, former National Student Awards winner 2019 and SMR Architects
Chithra Marsh, Associate Director at Buttress Architects and D&I Representative of RIBA North-West

The webinar will provide some routes for business leaders to identify and uncover racial inequity in their organisations, as well how to create equitable experiences for all employees.

There will be Q&A after the discussion.

Register via the Women in Property App or download the flyer below and complete the booking form (for smart phone users please download flyer here)
