Senior Development Manager

The Senior Development Manager will be responsible and accountable for leading the Development Management of specific residential led mixed-use developments undertaken by Solum and Kier Property, working closely with and reporting to the Development Director.  In this role you will formulate and manage the design and development of residential and/or mixed-use projects and be fully responsible for all aspects of this work.

Senior/Project Manager

The Project Manager to take responsibility for all aspects of project management in the development process on designated mixed-use schemes working closely with the development manager and wider team. In this role you will be responsible for managing the delivery from acquisition to post construction completion including, due diligence, setting and managing budgets, appointment of consultants and contractors, assisting with planning applications and development agreements, monitoring construction delivery and ensuring compliance with obligations in third party agreements, safety, health and environmental matters as well as scheme close out and post construction matters.
