Self defence training has a profound impact on workforce safety, productivity, and well-being. Power for Women empower women through innovative and realistic self defence solutions that fit the exact scenarios women face in their lives. 

In the current climate we believe there couldn't be a more important time to remind women about personal safety and safety in the workplace.

Power for Women will lead a talk offering strategies to avoid threats, stay safe and create a safe environment within the workplace.

The event will include a self defence demonstration from Power for Women experts.

Please join us for this timely and important event at The Tetley Art Gallery, 1:30-2:30pm followed by networking drinks until 3:15pm
