Join us for a 1-hour women only martial arts class at Bristol Martial Arts Academy. The perfect opportunity to focus on yourself and unwind. Help relieve the tension of your busy life with a great workout that challenges body and clears your mind.

Experience the power of hitting the bags, moving with purpose, and training alongside supportive women. Our session will give you greater knowledge of defending yourself and your family, irrespective of age, size, or strength. Afterwards, enjoy hot drinks and pastries as you network and connect with fellow members and likeminded individuals.
