Pregnancy Yoga is a gentle Yoga style to help mums-to-be connect to their ever-changing body during their three trimesters. Derived from Hatha Yoga, this is a gentler form based on movement with breath and body awareness.
Pregnancy Yoga has a myriad of health benefits, including stress, meditation and focus on the breath and the body which has been proven to reduce pain and discomfort. Poses (Asanas) will work every energy channel and organ in the body, releasing blockages and improving blood flow and immunity, as well as improving posture and wellbeing, necessary when carrying your growing bump!
No Yoga experience is necessary but you will need a mat and please ensure you wear loose, comfortable clothing.
This is a free event for members-only and sessions will be held on Monday 7 and 14 June 2021.
