During these unprecedented and unsettling times, we find ourselves facing new and often challenging situations that may cause stress and anxiety. It is times like now that our skills and strengths are tested. As part of our wellbeing series we will be holding a facilitated, peer-led webinar, where we will bring members together, provide an opportunity to share experiences, thoughts and worries, address ways of looking after your mental health and wellbeing and provide information, tips and tools to support you.
The session will be co-hosted by Nicola Rich (Ad. Dip.CP, MNCS (Acc)), a certified Social & Emotional Intelligence Coach, qualified Psychotherapist and Mental Health First Aid Instructor and Nadia Muwanga (BSc, PGcert, PGdip), a trained Cognitive and Behavioural Psychotherapist and Mental Health and Wellbeing Trainer and Consultant.
