As part of a series of well-being events the first one will get you moving!
Throughout June join Olympic Gold Medalist Amy Williams every Tuesday morning at 8:15 am for a HIIT workout. Sessions will be held on 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th June.
Each of the sessions will include a warmup, followed by a 30 minute HIIT workout and then cool down stretches. Perfect whatever your ability is and a great way to start the day.
